INGREDIENTS:

- pomegranate

- seeds

1) Wash and peel the pomegranate and collect the seeds.

- ground cinnamon

- yogurt

- honey

- milk

- oats

EQUIPMENT:

- blender

2) In a blender or mixer, combine the pomegranate seeds, oats, milk, yogurt, honey and cinnamon powder.

INGREDIENTS:

- ground cinnamon

- artificial vanilla

3) You can use vanilla essence instead of cinnamon powder.

4) Blend everything until smooth and frothy.

INGREDIENTS:

- ice cubes

- honey

5) Pour into glasses and top with honey and ice cubes

6) Serve immediately.
