INGREDIENTS:
- strawberries
- sugar
EQUIPMENT:
- blender
1) In a blender add in the strawberries and sugar and blend until smooth. Set aside for a moment.
INGREDIENTS:
- powdered sugar
- egg whites
EQUIPMENT:
- bowl
2) Pull out a bowl and add in the egg whites and powdered sugar.
3) Mix until it starts to form peaks.
INGREDIENTS:
- lemon juice
- strawberries
4) Pour in the strawberry mixture and lemon juice mixing thoroughly.
5) Put the Guf in the freezer for about a half hour to firm completely, and then serve.
6) I have to say this is pretty close to the real thing.
