- barley
- pepper

EQUIPMENT:
- frying pan
1) Simply wash the vegetables and cut them in small chunks.In a large pan cook them with some extra virgin olive oil until tender.Season with salt and if you like with grounded pepper.Cook the barley in salted boiling water for 10 mins.
