BBQ Mac and Cheese

BBQ Mac and Cheese

Ready in 45 minutes, for 4 servings

INGREDIENTS:

- macaroni

1) Prepare the macaroni as directed.

INGREDIENTS:

- parmesan

- cottage cheese

- brown sugar

- seasoning

- ketchup

- parsley

- garlic

- milk

EQUIPMENT:

- food processor

2) Combine in a food processor the cottage cheese, milk, Parmesan cheese, ketchup, brown sugar, jalapeo, garlic, parsley and seasonings.

- butter

- onion

EQUIPMENT:

- frying pan

3) Heat a frying pan with butter and saut the onions until softened and transparent.

- breadcrumbs

- butter

EQUIPMENT:

- frying pan

4) Heat another frying pan with a pat of butter; add the bread crumbs; toss and brown a bit.

Preheat Oven 325 degrees

INGREDIENTS:

- butter

EQUIPMENT:

- baking pan

1) Butter a baking dish.

INGREDIENTS:

- shredded cheese

- macaroni

- onion

EQUIPMENT:

- food processor

2) Add the macaroni, the mixture from the food processor, the shredded cheese, the onions and toss.

INGREDIENTS:

- grated parmesan cheese

- shredded cheese

- breadcrumbs

- butter

3) Top with the bread crumbs a few pats of butter and grated Parmesan cheese and a little shredded cheese.

EQUIPMENT:

4) Bake 25 30 minutes; until slightly golden.
