- onion

- cooking oil

EQUIPMENT:

- sauce pan

1) Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Saut chopped onion and sliced mushrooms for 5 minutes.

INGREDIENTS:

- brown rice

- cooking oil

2) Add brown rice and stir to coat in oil.

INGREDIENTS:

- water

3) Add water.

4) Bring to a boil, then simmer for 30 minutes.

5) Remove from heat and cover with a lid.

6) Let it rest until all liquid is absorbed.
