INGREDIENTS:

- butter

- cooking oil

EQUIPMENT:

- frying pan

1) Heat oil and butter over medium heat in heavy gauge skillet.

INGREDIENTS:

- onion

2) Add minced onions and cook until translucent about 10 minutes.

INGREDIENTS:

- vinegar

- jelly

- sugar

3) Add sugar, jelly and vinegar and cook to a syrupy consistency (15 minutes) stirring occasionally.

4) Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.

INGREDIENTS:

- tart shells

EQUIPMENT:

- baking pan

5) Place tart shells on baking tray, spoon 1 Tbs.
