INGREDIENTS:

- coconut oil

- carrot

- onion

- salt

1) Sautee onions in coconut oil, add carrots and salt, cook through.

INGREDIENTS:

- garlic

2) Season and add garlic.

3) For 30 seconds and remove from heat.

INGREDIENTS:

- vegetable

- ginger

- stock

EQUIPMENT:

- blender

4) Place vegetables in a blender with stock and ginger, blend well.

5) Return to heat and bring to a boil for 3 minutes.

INGREDIENTS:

- coconut milk

6) Remove from heat and stir in coconut milk.

INGREDIENTS:

- salt

7) Add more salt to taste.
