INGREDIENTS:

- salad oil

- molasses

- spices

- sugar

- salt

1) Mix molasses, salad oil, sugar, spices and salt.

INGREDIENTS:

- egg

2) Add eggs and beat.

INGREDIENTS:

- water

- pop

3) Add soda which has been dissolved in 1/8 cup boiling water and stir.

INGREDIENTS:

- all purpose flour

- water

4) Add flour and rest of water. Batter will be thin.

EQUIPMENT:

- frying pan

5) Pour in 9"x13" pan.

EQUIPMENT:

- oven

6) Bake at 350 degrees until done.

INGREDIENTS:

- glaze

7) Serve either hot or cold. May add Glaze.

INGREDIENTS:

- brown sugar

- butter

- glaze

- milk

8) GLAZE: 1 stick butter, 1/4 cup milk and 1 cup brown sugar.

9) Mix all together and bring to boil. Boil for about 4 minutes.

10) Drizzle over gingerbread.
