INGREDIENTS:

- potato

- spinach

- carrot

- onion

EQUIPMENT:

- bowl

1) In a bowl mix grated potatoes, spinach, onion, carrot

INGREDIENTS:

- salt

2) Add 1/2 tsp salt and mix well

3) Squeeze the veggie mixture to remove all the moisture out

INGREDIENTS:

- chili powder

- corn starch

4) Add red chilli powder and corn starch

INGREDIENTS:

- salt

5) Adjust salt by tasting the mixture

6) Form the mixture into patties

EQUIPMENT:

- frying pan

7) Heat oil in a pan for shallow frying

8) Put the patties gently in the hot pan

9) Let them brown on medium high heat for few minutes from both the sides then lower the
