INGREDIENTS:

- lamb chop

- olive oil

1) Saute lamb chops in 2 teaspoons of olive oil.

INGREDIENTS:

- salt and pepper

- olive oil

- carrot

- oregano

- onion

- stock

EQUIPMENT:

- wok

2) Place 2 teaspoons of olive oil in a wok and add onions, carrots, salt and pepper, oregano and stock.

INGREDIENTS:

- lemon juice

- mushrooms

- cinnamon

- parsley

- lamb

- peas

EQUIPMENT:

- bowl

3) Add lamb, mushrooms and peas.In a separate bowl, mix parsley, lemon juice and cinnamon.

EQUIPMENT:

- wok

4) Add this mixture to the wok.

INGREDIENTS:

- couscous

5) Serve with couscous.
