1) Mash peeled potatoes until well broken up. (Or use an electric mixer.)
INGREDIENTS:
- cardamom
- cinnamon
- ground cayenne pepper
- sugar
2) Mix cinnamon, cayenne, cardamom, zest and sugar. Set aside.
INGREDIENTS:
- maple syrup
- potato
- vanilla
- butter
- cream
- milk
3) Add butter, milk or cream, vanilla and maple syrup to potatoes.
4) Mix well.
INGREDIENTS:
- cinnamon sugar
- salt
5) Add cinnamon sugar mixture until incorporated and smooth. Salt to taste.
