1) Preheat oven to 400.On a parchment lined baking sheet toss plums with 1 tablespoon of maple syrup, olive oil and cinnamon. Roast in the oven for 10 minutes, until soft, bubbly, and caramelized.

2) Remove and set aside.Meanwhile, bring oats, 1 cups of the milk, water, vanilla, and salt to a boil in a medium saucepan. Lower heat and simmer 5 minutes until thickened.
