INGREDIENTS:

- ice cubes

EQUIPMENT:

- ice cube tray

1) Pour coconut milk into an ice cube tray and put into the freezer for a few hours.

INGREDIENTS:

- coconut

2) Remove 6 coconut cubes from the freezer and 2 bananas.

3) Let thaw for 15 minutes.

INGREDIENTS:

- banana

4) Add ingredients into the Yonana, alternating between banana and coconut cubes

5) Once ingredients have been processed through, you should have a product similar to mine below.

EQUIPMENT:

- ramekin

6) Portion 3 servings into ramekins and put into the freezer as you prepare the topping.

INGREDIENTS:

- chocolate chips

- hot fudge sauce

- coconut oil

EQUIPMENT:

- microwave

- bowl

7) For the chocolate sauce: in a microwave safe bowl combine coconut oil and chocolate chips.

EQUIPMENT:

- microwave

8) Microwave for 1 minute (stirring halfway).

INGREDIENTS:

- hot fudge sauce

EQUIPMENT:

- ramekin

9) Remove the ramekins from freezer and immediately pour chocolate sauce onto them.

INGREDIENTS:

- shredded coconut

10) Immediately top with shredded coconut.

11) Serve and enjoy!
