INGREDIENTS:

- baking soda

- cinnamon

- all purpose flour

- sugar

- salt

EQUIPMENT:

- hand mixer

- bowl

- oven

1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees.In the bowl of an electric mixer, mix together the flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.

INGREDIENTS:

- eggbeaters

- applesauce

- vanilla

2) Add the egg beaters and applesauce and vanilla.

3) Mix well.

INGREDIENTS:

- pineapple

- carrot

- coconut

4) Add carrots, pineapple and coconut.

5) Mix well

EQUIPMENT:

- toothpicks

- oven

- frying pan

6) Pour into 9X13 pan(or 2 9" cake pans) and bake for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out of center clean.Cool completely.
