- cooked quinoa
- coconut milk
- maple syrup

1) In a medium size pot combine cooked quinoa, coconut milk, crushed pineapple, cinnamon and maple syrup; stir to combine. Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
