Tuna and Tofu Cold Dish

INGREDIENTS:

- tofu

1) Cut tofu into small blocks.

INGREDIENTS:

- cherry tomato

- white pepper

- squash

- water

- salt

- tuna

2) Remove water from tuna and squash tuna slightly and mix with a dash of white pepper and pinch of salt. Slice cherry tomatoes thinly.

INGREDIENTS:

- tofu

- tuna

3) Place tofu on serving plate with sliced cherry tomatoes and tuna on top.

INGREDIENTS:

- sesame seeds

- spring onions

- sauce

4) Drizzle the sauce over it and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and diced spring onion and serve immediately.
